Joerg Machner, born in 1968, is a Partner and CEO and has been working in the field of financial services, real estate and management consulting since 1992. Until 2001, he followed a classic career path in the insurance industry and ended his career as Sales Director of Germany.

From 2002, he worked as Managing Director in Financial Services and was responsible for Human Resources and Training. In 2007, he founded the company Deutsches Institut für Liquiditätsmanagement GmbH.

Joerg Machner has been a verified consultant at Deutsches Institut für Unternehmensnachfolge e.V. since 2020.

Robert Misejka, LL.M.

Robert Misejka, born in 1983, has worked as a legal advisor at Deutsches Institut für Liquiditätsmanagement GmbH since 2013. In this position, he is responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, including contract management, legal advice and representing the company in legal matters.

He expanded his legal knowledge with a specialized LL.M. degree in "International Studies in Intellectual Property Law", which he successfully completed in 2017 at the Technical University of Dresden and Charles University in Prague. This international education has provided him with in-depth knowledge in the field of intellectual property and international commercial law.
